Appointments

We encourage walk-ins and they will be accommodated at our availability. Please make an appointment so we can accommodate scheduling needs and minimize wait time.

A card is required to hold your appointment, however, you will not be charged until your appointment is completed.

You will be charged in the case of a no-show or same day cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Beauty Up & Wellness requests 24-hour notice of any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. There are no fees if you cancel 24 hours in advance.

In the event of a no-show or same day cancellation, you will be charged for the full value of the service to the credit card on file.

Rescheduling Policy

You can reschedule your appointment at any time before your appointment.

If you reschedule within 24 hours you will be charged the full service value when your request is confirmed. This amount will be credited to your rescheduled appointment within the next 7 days.

Lateness Policy

We encourage clients to be on time or arrive 10 minutes early to check in for their appointment. Lateness will be accommodated at our discretion.

Arrivals of 15 minutes and later than the scheduled start time may result in limited service or rescheduling the appointment depending on our schedule.

Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds for services or gift certificates.

We encourage clients to contact us if they have feedback.

Service Changes

50% of the difference will be charged when you downgrade your service on the day of your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service and or cancel any appointment(s).
